On Monday, November 28, 2016 the Historical Commission recommended approval of the design of the rear deck as submitted, with the center bump-out shown in plan eliminated, and with the fascia reduced to a dimension more in keeping with traditional architecture, with the details to be reviewed and approved by staff. Should staff and the applicant not come to an agreement, the applicant may return to the Commission at a future date. |
