Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a proposal to demolish a 1957 addition on the 1885 Parish House, and the construction of a new addition on the same structure. Other site improvements include landscaping and pedestrian circulation, with reconfiguration of the parking area and driveways. 

On Monday, November 7, 2016 the Historical Commission made a motion to recommend approval of the concept-level submission, including the removal of the existing 1957 addition and the construction of a new addition to the Parish House. The proposed addition is schematically illustrated as far as massing, materials, and architectural style, borrowing from the existing original portions of the Parish House. The Historical Commission suggested the applicant proceed with the five mitigation measures (A through E) included in their Historic Resource Impact Study.
