1.     155.215.C.3- For the proportion of the façade of a building built on a corner lot to not be most prominent on the primary street (Bryn Mawr Avenue);

2.     155.215.C.4- For all wall-mounted mechanical, electrical, communication, and service equipment, including satellite dishes and vent pipes, to not be screened from public view;

3.     155.215.D.1- For the main entrances of the building to not be oriented to the dominant street;

4.     155.215.D.2- For lobbies and retail spaces to not be clearly connected to the outdoor environment and not visible from the street;

5.     155.215.D.4- For the main entrance to not face the primary street;

6.     155.215.E.2.a.1- For the ground floor of the primary front façades (east and south elevations) to contain less than the required 65% clear windows and doors;

7.     155.215.E.2.a.2- For the use of spandrel glass;

10.  155.215.E.2.a.4b- To not maintain the existing wall-to-window ratio which is less than 2.5:1;

11.  155.215.E.2.a.5- For individual windows in upper stories of the primary front façade(s) to not be vertically aligned with the location of windows and doors on the ground level;

12.  155.215.E.2.b- For building walls with less than 25% of clear windows to not be articulated by details in masonry courses and blank window openings trimmed with frames, sills and lintels.
