The addition, which measures 17’-7 ” by 12’-1” in footprint, will be visible from Youngs Ford Road. 

On November 1, 2016 HARB recommended approval of the application subject to the following changes 1) The façade shall be clad in horizontal siding rather than stucco, and 2) The new egress window on the side elevation shall match the head height of other first floor windows.
