ITEM:  CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS - 29-33 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, Ardmore Commercial Historic District, 16-26

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to renovate three existing contiguous storefronts, including adding windows to the second floor front elevations, and restoring and uncovering elements such as brickwork and cornice. Rear detached garages will be removed except for rear walls.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

On Tuesday, November 1, 2016 HARB recommended approval of the proposed front façade improvements as submitted with replacement windows to be Jeld-Wen Siteline aluminum-clad wood windows.
