On Tuesday, November 1, 2016 HARB recommended approval of the vent opening as shown, subject to compliance with the Code, building and/or mechanical. The vent shall be centered on the pier between windows and centered on the jack arch above the windows. The new mortar should match the color found in the existing masonry.
