Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a proposal to install six bollards along the edge of an outdoor stone patio directly in front of the historic sanctuary building.

On Monday, October 24, 2016 the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application for new paving as detailed in the application documents dated October 24, 2016, with the applicant to submit for review by staff a cutsheet of the proposed removable, lockable bollards. Staff has determined that the stone patio is an in kind replacement and the only approval required by the Board of Commissioners is the installation of the six new bollards.
