Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace an existing vinyl-clad wood frame window with a composite window, and resurface a rebuilt enclosed former rear porch (formerly stucco) with board-and-batten siding.

HARB recommended approval as submitted, subject to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 9 and 10. The window on the east elevation shall be vinyl clad wood window in either a fixed transom or awning style. The change to the north window as a one-over-one, double-hung composite fiberglass window is acceptable, as would a wood window.
