Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of the Seventh Amendment to the Funding Agreement between SEPTA and Lower Merion Township for the Ardmore Transit Center project which terminates the Township’s responsibilities to design and manage the construction of the new Ardmore Station for which SEPTA and PennDOT have assumed responsibility.
