ITEM:  CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS - 428 WEST MONTGOMERY AVENUE

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to make modifications to one unit of this multi-unit residential structure. Modifications would include window replacement, the installation of an exterior PVC concentric vent, and a condensate line at 428 West Montgomery Avenue, Haverford, Haverford Station Historic District.

 

On September 7, 2016 HARB recommended approval of the Andersen 400 Series windows specified in the updated submission. HARB also recommended approval of the application for an exterior exhaust vent penetration and the installation of refrigerant lines, with the understanding that all refrigerant lines will be contained in a conduit similar to a downspout, and that the vent and downspout will be painted to blend in with the exterior stone.
