Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace a porch floor, currently pine, with new Wolf ¾” x 3 1/8” PVC material with square edges. Column bases and moldings would be replaced with white synthetic materials as necessary. Fascia boards on the front and sides of the porch would be replaced to match the porch floor at 580 Barrett Avenue, Haverford Station Historic District.

On September 7, 2016 HARB recommended approval as submitted subject to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards number 9 and 10.
