Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a sign at this new restaurant storefront with halo-lit channel letters, 12” tall, to be mounted over spandrels on the windows at 43 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore, Ardmore Commercial District.

On September 7, 2016 HARB recommended approval as submitted, with the understanding that all electrical connections will be concealed, the aluminum sub-frame supporting the letters shall be modified, if possible, to not span the entire width of the clerestory windows, but instead be anchored to the first mullion in on each side rather than the brick area surrounding the windows. The approval is contingent on compliance with zoning regulations.
