Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a request for a waiver from Chapter 105, Noise, to allow for the following construction activities to begin at 7 a.m. on weekdays for One Ardmore Place for a duration of 24 months to begin October 2016:

• Earthwork and excavation, estimated to occur months 1-5; and
• Structural activities, including cast-in-place concrete, estimated to occur months 5-18.
